I have to admit that even though I have read Lewis’s Narnia books, I did not think of him as someone who is comical. I saw him only as a very serious, great intellectual Oxford professor; and he was. After reading this book, I must admit that I had not recognized something about him that is very important. He chose to find joy and comedy in things. I feel that I learned more of C. S. Lewis and his work by reading this book, and it also posed a challenge for me to find more joy in life. But I did find the book to be a little long. I think that there could have been a bit more editing to take out repeating points. All in all though it was a very thorough and interesting read.
